As a Public Affairs Intern, I played a key role in advancing public diplomacy efforts by planning and executing high-profile events, including alumni networking sessions, panel discussions, and political receptions, fostering stronger ties between U.S. and Canadian communities. Additionally, I crafted speeches, public statements, biographies, and meeting scenarios for consulate staff and the Consulate General. My role also included managing the consulate’s social media platforms, where I developed engaging video content and media toolkits to increase public visibility and strengthen community engagement.

Commissioned to create 3D models and visualizations, I collaborated with architects to transform CAD floor plans into detailed 3D models using Rhino 7 and Revit, ensuring an accurate representation of design intentions and enhancing project clarity through virtual simulations. I drafted and refined floor plans to align with safety standards, incorporating environmental data for precise modeling references. Leveraging V-Ray, I produced high-quality digital renderings to provide clients with visual reference for post-design evaluations. Additionally, I converted virtual 3D models into laser-ready files for 3D printing, fabricating physical models that facilitated project visualization and informed design decisions.

As a Customer Service and Supply Chain Intern, I utilized strong interpersonal skills to resolve client demands, manage escalations, and ensure the seamless fulfillment of supply chain needs while consistently driving sales and meeting company objectives. Proficient in SAP software for inventory and data tracking, I also leveraged Microsoft Office for effective communication and Adobe software for creating compelling visual content. A member of the Supply Chain Communication and Engagement Team, I designed workplace infographics that promoted organizational development, recognition, and best practice sharing, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within the workplace.

In my undergraduate studies at Daniels Faculty of Architecture, my work study role consisted of providing comprehensive IT and technical support, assisting students and staff with software and hardware issues related to plotters, printers, and other studio equipment to ensure seamless functionality across the facility. I prepared and maintained graduate studio technology, including installing new hardware and disposing of outdated equipment, creating an up-to-date and efficient learning environment. Leveraging my expertise in Adobe Illustrator and CAD/Rhino, I troubleshot compatibility issues between digital files and plotter equipment, streamlining workflows and ensuring the continuous functionality and efficiency of the plotter rooms.
